Hello friend, how are you?
I needed to slow down these past few weeks. To temporary pause my life. To put ‘DO not disturb’ sign. To listen. To nourish. To embrace pain and tears, and moments of relief. To be patient as I slowly swim towards the other side of the shore. I am not quite there yet, but I can see it. That’s important.
I quietly chant this poem as I move forward. It’s a reminder for you, too.
Do you slow down in the moments of discomfort? Do you stop to breathe or you just ignore everything altogether? Wherever you are at the moment, be kind to yourself.
Take care,
Aleksandra
Such a lovely poem
